So the thumbs were working all along - it was the video file that was bad.

I ate dinner while this was uploading. AVI files are so huge, they take so long to upload. This one was 70Meg for about 20 seconds of video.

maybe you should change the css on the comment form wrapper so the nested replies show up better?

Back to my original question about the css around the wrapper. the nesting would show up better if the yellow encroached with each reply...
